How can I return an item?
For standard orders, you may cancel or return your products at any time up until the later of 14 days after you receive the products or 28 days after we dispatch them for delivery to you. However, unless they are defective we cannot accept returns of custom products, or any products that have been washed or worn.
Returns of products delivered inside the UK are free of charge if you use the Freepost label included in the package.
If you've lost the Freepost Label, you can send it back to the address below. Just make sure to state your order number, reason for returning and what you'd like us to do with the return.

What size am I?

Can I change my delivery address?

We have an unsubscribe button located at the bottom of all of our newsletters, click that and you will be removed from our mailing list instantly.
What material is your packaging?
Our packaging is made from bioethylene, a bioplastic which is derived from renewable biomasses, e.g sugarcane. Bioplastics offer a lower waste, less polluting and all round greener alternative to fossil fuel based packaging. Bioplastics are compatible with mechanical plastic recycling.
Why don't you deliver to my country?
We ship to hundreds of countries worldwide. In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it is normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively. The list list of countries we ship to may change, and the general trend is towards increasing the number of countries that we ship to as the internet opens up new markets. We are unable to offer shipping to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.
